Excellent Seascapes

I just came across this portfolio of seascapes by New Zealand photographer, Jeff Grant. His work is strong because he waits for quiet, etherial light, after sunset. He uses a tripod and an extended exposure of 30 seconds, 1 minute or more. The moving water is blurred, turns into fog and contrasts beautifully with the rock forms, which are not moving. Do try photographing during times not normally thought of.
